Blogs are fantastic. Internet is amazing. But how many times would you have liked browsing your preferred web pages as if they were in a magazine?
It happens continuosly to me and that is why I decided to collect the bestFood-0-graphia posts and republish them in a magazine format that will be issued about four times a year, one for each season.
Thanks to Issuu technology you can browse this magazine on your PC like if it were a real one, download it as PDF and also, if you'd like, print it to be read comfortably in your chair. PC screen is nice, but paper is sometimes even better!
(Alessandro Guerani is a professional photographer specialized in food shooting. He lives in Bologna, Italy, and is available for assignments to create the images you always craved. Read the "About me" or contact him using the "Mail me" in the blog menu above.)

I still love that lonely tower the best... great shooting and a great idea to bundle them all up in a magazine!
Thanks for your appreciation :)
Great idea, and beautiful execution!
Since I don't have a printer that would make this magazine justice, I'll keep it online, but I'd buy it without a doubt, were it for sale.
@Zebulon
Thanks!
But when you want to prepare a recipe is far more practical to print the page to keep it at hand in the kitchen and with this virtual magazine is far easier to have it without messing with printing through the browsr (you know, it prints 5 pages for some rows of text that you need ;) )
How true! :)
I lack a practical mind, sometimes... I was already thinking of professional quality printing (which would be nice, but is not necessary for an everyday use).
Great blog! I'm subscribing for sure. How do I download your magazine to PDF? I can't seem to figure out how to do so
@Diego
You have to go directly to the Issuu website and use their "complete" reader there. Unfortunately it seems there isn't any easier turnaround (but honestly I found a lot of other very cool publications there, so it's not wasted time).
